Power System Engineer – Transmission (AEMS/Power Systems)
We’re seeking a transmission systems engineer experienced in energy management or Power System applications. You’ll support transmission-level applications ensuring stability, reliability and performance across large-scale power networks.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop and deliver Power System Applications for Transmission networks (Load Flow, Contingency Analysis, Power Factor)
- Customise and integrate AEMS/EMS platforms
- Engage directly with utilities and system operators to implement solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve software or performance issues
- Ensure compliance with operational and change-control procedures
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years’ experience in Transmission EMS or AEMS environments
- Experience developing or customising applications using C++/Java
- Strong understanding of transmission system operations and modelling
- Experience with both Linux and Windows environments
