We're looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with active SC Clearance to support a major engineering and manufacturing programme. This role focuses on designing, building and optimising secure, scalable Azure cloud environments while supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years' experience working across Azure Cloud (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS)
- Strong Azure infrastructure design, deployment and migration expertise
- Advanced ARM Templates and PowerShell scripting
- Experience with Azure services including App Services, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, Data Factory, Data Lake, Databricks, Azure AD and Monitoring
- Strong networking knowledge including VNETs, NSGs, Load Balancers, Peering and VM Scale Sets
- Hands‑on experience with AKS, Docker and Kubernetes
- WAF implementation, HA/DR design and cloud security controls
- Strong troubleshooting across Azure infrastructure, connectivity and firewall issues
- Linux administration experience across RHEL and Ubuntu
