We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Change Agent to join an exciting project focused on supporting the transformation of schools. This 12-month contract offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, driving impactful change and ensuring seamless adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Change Plans: Tailor technical requirements and specifications for successful go-live, ensuring effective implementation in schools.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage and align stakeholder expectations, addressing concerns and providing updates throughout the process.
- Staff Development & Readiness: Participate in UAT, workshops, and training sessions to help schools prepare for the changes.
- Effective Communications: Collaborate with Change Leads, OCM, and SMEs to ensure that communication is clear, relevant, and reaches all impacted parties.
- Change Coaching: Provide training and coaching to school staff, helping them develop the necessary skills and mindset to embrace change.
- Monitor & Assess Readiness: Track readiness, identify any gaps, and adjust plans to ensure smooth progress.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential obstacles and actively address challenges to ensure successful change adoption.
- UAT Support: Assist in UAT activities and compile feedback for continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience in change management within educational settings or similar industries.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to assess and address readiness gaps, manage risks, and coach teams through transitions.
- Hands-on experience in UAT and training implementation.
- PROSCI/ADKAR Methodology.
