An exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Lead to drive a major data transformation programme within a global manufacturing and supply chain environment. You will lead a critical data workstream, ensuring data readiness across enterprise platforms while managing a hybrid onsite-offshore delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of an existing data transformation workstream
- Define and execute data readiness activities for testing, cutover, and go-live
- Coordinate data collection, cleansing, validation, and governance across multiple systems
- Ensure consistency across SAP S/4HANA, MES, planning, and supply chain platforms
- Drive analytics and reporting solutions using Azure and Power BI technologies
- Manage data quality, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement
- Lead and coordinate an offshore team of technical specialists and analysts
Required Experience
- Strong background in Data Engineering, Data Management, or Data Migration programmes
- Experience leading data workstreams within large-scale transformation initiatives
- Hands-on expertise with Azure Data Lake, ADF/Fabric, SQL, and Power BI
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Strong stakeholder management and programme delivery skills
- Experience working within onsite-offshore delivery models
Desirable
- Food manufacturing, CPG, or supply chain sector experience
- Data governance and GDPR knowledge
- Experience with modern analytics platforms and Agile delivery models
