Opportunity for a ServiceNow Business Analyst (ITSM / CMDB / Data Governance) with a focus on business and functional analysis, having a good understanding of the ServiceNow data model and configurations.

Expectation is to have a good understanding of ITIL processes - incidents, service requests, and change management. Day-to-day interactions with customers to understand their requirements clearly.

  • Key skills/knowledge/experience:
  • ~6-8 years of work experience.
  • ServiceNow admin level experience is required.
  • Understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Understanding of configuration Items (CIs) and technical flow of ServiceNow.
  • Good understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
  • Basic understanding of PL/SQL.
  • Experience in Banking preferred – not mandatory.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage configuration management operations like incidents, service requests, and change requests.
  • Monitor data quality and remediate flagged issues.
  • Support and design control and governance processes - Group and user role approvals.
  • Manage data governance of ServiceNow.
  • Daily/weekly connect with customers.
