We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expertise to join our digital experience team. This role bridges the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that AEM solutions are aligned with strategic objectives and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure AEM solutions meet business goals.
- Support end-to-end AEM implementations including Sites, Assets, Forms, and Brand Portal.
- Manage content workflows, taxonomy, metadata, and publishing processes.
- Provide guidance on AEM components, templates, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong AEM project exposure.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Deep understanding of AEM architecture, workflows, components, and templates.
- Hands-on knowledge of AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and Brand Portal.
- Familiarity with content authoring, taxonomy, metadata, and publishing.
