Your Role Will Include: Drafting & Negotiating: Create and refine transaction documents for private M&A, joint ventures, and more. Leading Due Diligence: Manage large-scale due diligence and disclosure processes. Transaction Management: Coordinate with clients, colleagues, and advisors to deliver seamless outcomes. Mentoring & Development: Guide junior lawyers and contribute to team know-how. Networking: Build lasting client relationships and support business development initiatives.
