We’re after a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer who can actually run and stabilise enterprise environments, not just talk about it. You’ll own Windows Server estates, Active Directory, and virtual platforms across VMware and Hyper-V, keeping everything secure, performant, and available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments
  • Manage AD, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, and access controls
  • Deliver patching, vulnerability remediation, backup and recovery
  • Maintain Azure Entra and deploy cloud components
  • Operate VMware / Hyper-V estates including HA, DRS, storage and networking
  • Build, optimise, and troubleshoot VMs and host infrastructure
  • Manage SSL lifecycle and core services (FTP, identity, infra security)
  • Act as escalation point with Microsoft, VMware and vendors
