Responsibilities
- Own AD architecture across multi-domain, multi-forest environments
- Define forest strategy, trust models, OU design, DNS and replication
- Deliver hybrid identity integrating AD with Microsoft Entra ID
- Design HA/DR aligned to strict RTO/RPO targets
- Lead AD security posture, hardening, and attack surface reduction
- Implement Tiered Admin (T0/1/2), PAM (JIT/JEA), LAPS
- Eliminate shadow admins and enforce privileged access controls
Qualifications
- 12–15 years deep AD architecture and Windows Server expertise
- Proven delivery of AD design, GPO, FSMO, migrations
- Strong AD security architecture experience
