We're looking for experienced Field Service Engineers to support critical IT infrastructure across secure customer environments. This is a hands-on role focused on desktop support, hardware break-fix, device deployments, user support and technology rollouts across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Windows 10/11 administration and support
  • Desktop, laptop, mobile device and VDI support
  • Hardware break-fix and peripheral troubleshooting
  • O365, Outlook and Office application support
  • Printer and scanning device support
  • VPN and connectivity troubleshooting
  • Device imaging, deployments and migrations
  • OneDrive and data migration support
  • Asset management and inventory control
  • Support technology refresh and rollout projects

Required Experience

  • Strong Windows 10/11 support experience
  • Microsoft Office 365 administration and troubleshooting
  • Dell desktop and laptop hardware support
  • Mobile device management experience
  • Windows imaging and deployment tools
  • Basic networking and server knowledge
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills

Desirable

  • SCCM experience
  • macOS support knowledge
  • Microsoft certifications

UK Citizenship required. Travel to nearby customer sites will be required when needed.
