Release Manager Brands Rollout is responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of Salesforce releases across multiple brands operating on a shared Salesforce platform. The role ensures predictable, high-quality releases, effective brand onboarding, and alignment with business priorities while maintaining platform stability and governance.
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- 6-10+ years of experience in Salesforce delivery, release management, or platform operations
- Proven experience managing multi-brand or multi-org Salesforce deployments
- Strong understanding of Salesforce environments, metadata, and deployment processes
- Experience with Agile / SAFe / enterprise delivery models
- Salesforce platform knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud preferred)
- Salesforce CI/CD and DevOps tooling expertise
- Release management, change management, and risk management
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, ServiceNow (or equivalent)
