Digital Business Analyst | Reading | 6-Month Contract | Hybrid
I'm currently recruiting for a Digital Business Analyst with essential utilities industry experience to join a digital transformation programme in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity to work across business and technology teams, helping turn complex business needs into practical digital solutions.
You'll play a key role in shaping requirements, improving processes and supporting the delivery of digital products and customer-facing platforms. Working closely with stakeholders, product owners and development teams, you'll help ensure solutions meet business expectations and deliver genuine value.
Key Skills & Experience:
Essential utilities industry experience.
Strong business analysis experience across digital or technology projects.
Requirements gathering, elicitation and documentation.
Agile delivery, including Scrum and backlog management.
User stories, epics and acceptance criteria.
Business process modelling and gap analysis.
Experience supporting SIT and UAT.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps.
Experience with Visio, Miro or Lucidchart.
Contract Details:
Location: Reading, UK.
Duration: 6 months.
Working pattern: Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in the office.
