An excellent opportunity for an experienced Cyber Program Manager to lead and deliver large-scale cybersecurity initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. You'll drive security programmes that strengthen organisational resilience, manage cyber risk, and ensure alignment with business objectives, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity programmes and strategic initiatives
- Manage programme roadmaps, budgets, resources, and timelines
- Coordinate security, IT, and business stakeholders across multiple workstreams
- Monitor programme performance, risks, dependencies, and KPIs
- Drive compliance with security frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS
- Oversee implementation of security controls, governance, and risk mitigation strategies
- Support incident readiness and continuous security improvement initiatives
- Communicate programme status and outcomes to senior leadership
Required Experience
- Strong background managing cybersecurity programmes and projects
- Deep understanding of cyber risk, governance, and security controls
- Experience with enterprise security frameworks and compliance requirements
- Proven stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Ability to manage complex programmes across cross-functional teams
Desirable
- CISSP, CISM, PMP, or PRINCE2 certifications
- Experience with GRC platforms, cloud security, or DevSecOps programmes
- Master's degree or MBA
