We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and governance of a large-scale digital transformation programme. Key responsibilities include:
- Defining end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Leading complex integrations via APIs and middleware
- Establishing data and security governance
- Conducting architecture reviews
- Driving technical quality across the platform
You will collaborate closely with solution architects, delivery leads, developers, and digital teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while providing technical leadership and mentorship.
Key Skills & Experience
- 8+ years' experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect
- Expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Strong integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, event-driven architectures)
- Experience with enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes
- Deep understanding of security, identity management, GDPR, and governance
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect required
- CTA certification or progression towards CTA highly desirable
