I'm working with a leading consultancy delivering critical infrastructure projects and looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join an initial 6-12 month contract, offering a strong day rate.
You'll own the end-to-end delivery of IT managed services, ensuring SLA/KPI performance, customer satisfaction, and continual service improvement. This is a customer-facing role where you'll lead governance meetings, manage suppliers, drive ITIL best practices, and oversee service transitions into BAU.
Key experience:
- Proven Service Delivery Manager experience within Managed Services
- Strong ITIL knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change & Service Management)
- Experience across M365, Azure, Service Desk, Cloud, Network or End User Computing
- Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills
- ServiceNow ITSM experience
- SC Clearance is essential (active clearance preferred)
