Looking for an AWS Connect Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale CCaaS solutions built around Amazon Connect. This is a hands-on architecture role focused on scalable, secure, and resilient contact centre environments across complex transformation programmes.
Key experience required:
- End-to-end Amazon Connect solution architecture
- Contact flows, IVR, routing profiles, queues, and agent experience
- AWS Lambda, Lex Bots, APIs, and event-driven integrations
- Strong AWS cloud architecture background
- Integrations with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other platforms
- Contact Lens, analytics, call recording, and reporting capabilities
- Security architecture, IAM, governance, and resilience design
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive technical direction
