Looking for a GIS Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the design and transformation of large-scale telecom network inventory platforms. This is a 6-12 month contract offering an excellent day rate and the opportunity to shape enterprise geospatial architecture across a major transformation programme.

Contract: 6-12 Months
Key Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years' experience in GIS architecture and enterprise solution design
- Strong expertise with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, Portal, Data Store and Web Adaptor
- Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Utility Network Management, ideally within telecoms
- Knowledge of fibre, coax, copper and wireless network inventory models
- Design and delivery of desktop, web and mobile GIS solutions across on-prem and cloud environments
- Experience integrating GIS platforms with OSS/BSS, asset management and enterprise data platforms
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, ETL pipelines and event-driven architectures
- Experience with geodatabase design, versioning, network rules and data governance
- Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS cloud environments
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and provide technical leadership across delivery teams
