The predicted salary is between 49500 - 60500 Β£ per year.
We're looking for an experienced SAP HR & Payroll Functional Consultant to join a large-scale SAP environment on an initial 6-month contract. This is a strong opportunity to work across core HR and payroll processes while supporting both operational requirements and ongoing SAP projects.
You will provide functional expertise across SAP S/4HANA HR, supporting UK and Irish payroll, resolving issues and delivering system changes. The role will also involve gathering requirements, preparing functional specifications, configuring solutions and supporting testing through to implementation.
Key Skills:
- SAP S/4HANA Core HR, including Personnel Administration and Organisational Management
- Time Management, Time Evaluation and Cross Application Timesheet
- Compensation Management
- UK and Irish Payroll
- SAP ERP/S/4HANA functional configuration
- Employee Self Service / Manager Self Service using WDA and Fiori
- Functional, integration, performance and regression testing
- Business requirements gathering and solution design
- Experience across the full SAP project lifecycle
- SuccessFactors or SAP Concur experience would be advantageous
