6-12 Month Contract | Hybrid
Looking for a BMC Helix Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale service management solutions within a major transformation programme. This role focuses on modernising IT operations, driving automation, and improving service delivery across complex environments.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong BMC Helix architecture experience across ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Digital Workplace and Automation
- Deep understanding of BMC Remedy, integrations, workflows, forms and service management processes
- Proven experience implementing and aligning environments to CIS Controls v8.1
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and enterprise service management best practice
- Experience integrating Helix with cloud, infrastructure, monitoring and third-party platforms
- Expertise in automation, orchestration and AI-driven service management capabilities
- Platform upgrades, migrations, performance optimisation and troubleshooting
- Strong stakeholder engagement and technical leadership skills
Desirable:
- BMC certifications
- Azure, AWS or hybrid cloud experience
- Python, PowerShell, REST API and automation tooling knowledge
- Experience within large-scale retail or enterprise transformation programmes
- Agile and DevOps exposure
