We're looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 SME (Sales & Marketing) to support a business transformation programme in Reading.

This is a 3-month contract offering the opportunity to influence CRM strategy, challenge customisation and help shape a best-practice D365 solution.
You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders, using your D365 expertise to demonstrate standard platform capabilities and drive fit-to-standard decisions. The role will involve workshops, solution discussions and providing technical assurance across the programme.
Key Skills:
- Strong Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing expertise
- Fit-to-standard and OOTB D365 capability
- CRM process and operating model design
- Solution design and architecture
- Integration and configuration
- Customisation strategy
- Test strategy and technical assurance
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to challenge unnecessary customisation
- Strong consulting and advisory capability
