Senior Technical Consultant | ServiceNow | UK | 12-Month Contract

Take a leading technical role in ServiceNow customer engagements, shaping solutions that translate business needs into measurable value. This 12-month contract offers the opportunity to lead solution design and delivery across customer projects, applying platform expertise, best practices and AI-enabled workflows.

You'll work directly with customers to assess current processes, define future-state solutions and translate requirements into technical specifications and user stories. From configuration and integrations to testing and technical documentation, you'll provide oversight of deliverables and help maintain consistent solution quality.

The role also involves leading smaller projects, guiding technical discussions, managing delivery priorities and mentoring Technical Consultants and Associate Technical Consultants. You'll contribute to engagement reporting, resolve complex technical issues and use AI thoughtfully to optimise workflows and support responsible adoption.

Key Skills & Experience

• ServiceNow Professional Services or consulting background

• Expertise in 1-2 ServiceNow offerings

• CSA, CAD or CIS certification aligned to your workflow

• Experience integrating AI into processes or problem-solving

• Technical solution design, configuration, integrations and testing

• Customer workshops, technical documentation and stakeholder guidance

UK-based, remote with travel to TCS offices or client sites as required.
