Drive the product vision and delivery for a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformation. You will own the roadmap end-to-end, translating business strategy into executable deliverables and ensuring measurable impact across finance and operations.
What you will do:
- Define product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned to business goals
- Translate strategy into epics, features, and user stories
- Own backlog prioritisation based on value, risk, and dependencies
- Run workshops for requirements, validation, and alignment
- Partner with engineering and architects to ensure scalable, compliant solutions
- Manage third-party delivery partners and offshore teams
- Support sprint planning, releases, and business sign-off
- Act as the bridge between business and technology
What you will bring:
- Strong D365 F&O product ownership or consulting experience
- Deep understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Ops modules
- Proven Agile delivery and backlog management expertise
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability
- Experience working across distributed delivery teams
