Engineers Power Systems, Control and Energy Management

We are supporting leading organisations across the Power, Utilities and Energy sector who are hiring skilled Engineers across four core areas: Distribution, Simulation, Generation and Transmission.

These roles involve working with technologies that power critical infrastructure, including ADMS, EMS, AEMS, DTS and SCADA environments. You will help design, implement, optimise and maintain systems that keep operations safe, efficient and resilient.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Distribution Management Systems (ADMS / DMS / FLISR / IVVC / DPF / OPF)
  • Dispatcher Training Simulation (DTS / EMS / Power System Applications)
  • Generation Control (AGC, Load Forecasting, Economic Dispatch, SCADA Integration)
  • Transmission Power Systems (Load Flow, Contingency Analysis, Network Modelling)

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years experience within Power Systems, SCADA, EMS or ADMS engineering
  • Experience with software such as GE XA21, Reliance, e-terra, OSI, Siemens, ABB or Schneider platforms
  • Proficiency in C++, Java, or similar programming languages
  • Strong understanding of Linux and Windows environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
