Support Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion transformation and implementation activities across Absence Management, Core HR and Security. This role combines hands-on configuration, client support and solution delivery, with a particular focus on Oracle Cloud Absence Management and its integration with HCM Payroll.
You'll configure Oracle HCM Cloud to meet business requirements, resolve functional queries, support Oracle Service Requests and contribute throughout testing and implementation activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Configure Absence Management, Core HR and Security within Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion.
- Build and manage Absence Types, Absence Plans, Absence Elements and Fast Formula.
- Configure Work Schedule Assignments and maintain relevant HCM structures.
- Develop business requirements for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions.
- Support validation, testing, data verification and client test execution.
- Work with project teams across reporting, interfaces and data conversion.
- Support business users during payroll runs with absence-related queries.
- Provide status updates, issue reporting and functional knowledge transfer.
You'll need strong Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion implementation experience across Absence Management, Core HR and Security, together with expert knowledge of UK Absence legislation including sickness, maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave. Experience with SQL, OTBI or Oracle Cloud Fusion Benefits is desirable. xiskglj
