Requirements:
- 10 years experience in GIS architecture and enterprise solution design
- Strong expertise with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, Portal, Data Store and Web Adaptor
- Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Utility Network Management, ideally within telecoms
- Knowledge of fibre, coax, copper and wireless network inventory models
- Experience designing and delivering desktop, web and mobile GIS solutions across on-prem and cloud environments
- Experience integrating GIS platforms with OSS/BSS, asset management and enterprise data platforms
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, ETL pipelines and event-driven architectures
- Experience with geodatabase design, versioning, network rules and data governance
- Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS cloud environments
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and provide technical leadership across delivery teams
