Requirements:

  • 10 years experience in GIS architecture and enterprise solution design
  • Strong expertise with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, Portal, Data Store and Web Adaptor
  • Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Utility Network Management, ideally within telecoms
  • Knowledge of fibre, coax, copper and wireless network inventory models
  • Experience designing and delivering desktop, web and mobile GIS solutions across on-prem and cloud environments
  • Experience integrating GIS platforms with OSS/BSS, asset management and enterprise data platforms
  • Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, ETL pipelines and event-driven architectures
  • Experience with geodatabase design, versioning, network rules and data governance
  • Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS cloud environments
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and provide technical leadership across delivery teams
