We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions within a complex financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities- Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture aligned to enterprise standards and roadmaps.
- Design and implement solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, IRM and related modules.
- Provide technical leadership, governance, and architectural oversight throughout project lifecycles.
- Lead integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, data imports, and enterprise monitoring tools.
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, compliance, and operational stability.
- Drive CMDB, CSDM, data quality, workflow, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog best practices.
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect.
- Strong ServiceNow development and integration expertise.
- Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, IRM, BCM, TPRM and related modules.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
