Customer Journey Manager in Clerkenwell

We're looking for a Customer Journey Manager with strong technical business analysis experience to support a complex financial services transformation. This is an opportunity to help shape end-to-end processes and define practical, testable solutions across business operations, technology platforms and third-party systems.
Location: Leeds, UK
Working pattern: Hybrid, with two days per week in the office
Contract length: 6 months
The Project
You'll work across investments, banking and operational technology, analysing how multiple platforms interact and translating complex business challenges into clear system requirements. Your work will cover asset lifecycle processes, reference data, money movement, reconciliation and critical batch operations, helping ensure solutions are reliable and operationally sound.
Key Skills and Experience
Strong technical business analysis across business processes and technology.
Financial services experience, ideally in investments, wealth management or stockbroking.
Experience defining system integrations, data flows, dependencies and exception handling.
Understanding of banking, cash movements, foreign exchange and reconciliation.
Experience analysing batch processing, operational controls and failure scenarios.
Ability to work across technology teams, business operations and third-party suppliers.
Exposure to large-scale transformation and complex cross-platform environments.
