Technical Lead - Agresso / Unit4 Business World Location: Luton (Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in the office) Contract: 12 Months I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Agresso Technical Lead to take ownership of a business-critical finance platform within a major enterprise environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong technical expertise with practical functional knowledge of Agresso (Unit4 Business World). You'll lead the day-to-day support and development of the platform, manage a technical team and work closely with stakeholders to deliver improvements across the finance function. Key Responsibilities: Lead the technical support, maintenance and performance of the Agresso platform. Manage complex L2/L3 escalations, troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Apply functional knowledge across finance modules, including GL, AP and AR. Oversee system configuration, reporting, SQL and integrations. Lead projects, enhancements and system improvements through to delivery. Support period-end and year-end finance activities. Manage, mentor and develop the technical support team. Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and suppliers. Key Skills
