AWS Connect Developer | Contract | Hybrid 6 month contract with strong day rate on offer. Looking for an AWS Connect Developer with solid hands-on delivery experience across Amazon Connect, contact centre platforms, and AWS AI services. This role sits within a major enterprise environment building and enhancing cloud contact centre capabilities using modern AWS technologies.
Key experience required:
- Strong Amazon Connect implementation experience across IVR, routing, CTI and CRM integrations
- AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, S3 and CloudWatch
- Experience with Amazon Lex, AI/ML services and LLM integrations
- TypeScript / modern JavaScript development
- CI/CD, DevOps and serverless architecture experience
- Ability to build scalable, resilient and secure contact centre solutions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and production support capability
- AWS certifications highly desirable
Hybrid working with 1 day per week onsite. This is a genuinely strong opportunity for someone who enjoys building modern AI-enabled customer platforms rather than endlessly firefighting legacy call centre nightmares from 2007.
