We are looking for an Identity Operations Engineer for a 6-month contract in Wokingham, joining an enterprise IAM operations team. This is a hands-on role supporting critical identity services.
You will cover identity lifecycle management, authentication and access support, certificate management, application onboarding and incident resolution.
Key Skills
- Active Directory, including users, groups, OUs and Group Policy
- Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, SSPR, Conditional Access and sign-in investigation
- Entra Connect / Cloud Sync
- Application Registrations and Enterprise Applications
- SSO using SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
- PKI and Microsoft Certificate Services
- Basic PowerShell scripting and automation
- ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
You should be comfortable troubleshooting identity and access issues, monitoring alerts and supporting audit and compliance activities.
