Digital Business Analyst | Reading | 6-Month Contract | Hybrid
I'm currently recruiting for a Digital Business Analyst with essential utilities industry experience to join a digital transformation programme in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity to work across business and technology teams, helping turn complex business needs into practical digital solutions.
You'll play a key role in shaping requirements, improving processes and supporting the delivery of digital products and customer-facing platforms. Working closely with stakeholders, product owners and development teams, you'll help ensure solutions meet business expectations and deliver genuine value.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Essential utilities industry experience.
- Strong business analysis experience across digital or technology projects.
- Requirements gathering, elicitation and documentation.
- Agile delivery, including Scrum and backlog management.
- User stories, epics and acceptance criteria.
- Business process modelling and gap analysis.
- Experience supporting SIT and UAT.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Visio, Miro or Lucidchart.
Contract Details:
- Location: Reading, UK.
- Duration: 6 months.
- Working pattern: Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in the office.
