Tablet Support Engineer (SC Cleared)

I'm looking for a SC Cleared Tablet Support Engineer to support a major tablet management and distribution programme. This is a hands‑on opportunity to work across device deployment, configuration, asset management and end‑user support within a structured enterprise environment.
You’ll help prepare and distribute tablets, ensure devices are correctly configured and secure, and provide first‑line support throughout deployment. You’ll also maintain inventory records, validate device functionality and help resolve common hardware, software and connectivity issues.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Microsoft Intune for mobile device enrolment, configuration and compliance.
- Tablet provisioning, deployment and lifecycle management.
- Level 1 technical support and troubleshooting.
- Device configuration, authentication and connectivity testing.
- Asset management, inventory control and CMDB updates.
- Device allocation, stock audits and deployment documentation.
- Microsoft 365 and Entra ID knowledge.
- Incident management and escalation procedures.
Essential Requirement:
Candidates must hold valid, transferable SC Clearance. The contract will be awarded following the required security checks.
