We are seeking a Head of Operations & Development to play a key leadership role at an important stage in Gazebo’s development. This is a senior, hands‑on role combining operational leadership with responsibility for income generation through funding applications, grants, and tenders. You will play a central role in ensuring the organisation runs effectively while supporting our future sustainability and growth. You will work closely with the CEO & Artistic Director to ensure we have the systems, structure, and resources required to deliver our work. A key priority in this role will be strengthening income generation through successful funding applications and tenders.

For over 45 years, we have delivered creative programmes, performances, and activities that support children, young people, and communities. Our work promotes social, educational, and artistic development, building skills, confidence, and creativity through a wide-ranging programme of Theatre in Education, community arts, and creative training.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the organisation
- Develop and improve organisational systems and processes
- Lead on funding applications, bids, and tenders

About you
