Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time +1). Scale E £13.90 to £14.58/hour. Approx. Salary £22,969 - £24,097. Start date: September 2026.

About the role

We are seeking a committed Attendance and Inclusion Lead to help ensure that every child attends regularly, feels supported and is able to succeed. This is a key role within the school, working closely with families, staff and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and improve outcomes for all pupils.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and monitor attendance across the school
  • Work with families to improve attendance and engagement
  • Support vulnerable pupils, including those with SEND
  • Promote a strong culture of inclusion
  • Work with external agencies and maintain accurate records
