About the role

We are seeking a committed Attendance and Inclusion Lead to help ensure that every child attends regularly, feels supported and is able to succeed. This is a key role within the school, working closely with families, staff and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and improve outcomes for all pupils.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor attendance across the school
- Work with families to improve attendance and engagement
- Support vulnerable pupils, including those with SEND
- Promote a strong culture of inclusion
- Work with external agencies and maintain accurate records
