We are seeking a committed Attendance and Inclusion Lead to help ensure that every child attends regularly, feels supported and is able to succeed. This is a key role within the school, working closely with families, staff and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and improve outcomes for all pupils.
Key Responsibilities Lead and monitor attendance across the school
Work with families to improve attendance and engagement
Support vulnerable pupils, including those with SEND
Promote a strong culture of inclusion
Work with external agencies and maintain accurate records
