Gayton Veterinary Group is a long-established independent small animal practice with branches in Horley and Redhill, Surrey. We pride ourselves on delivering thoughtful, communicative veterinary care and building strong, long-term relationships with our clients. Our vets are supported to manage cases in‑house, develop their interests, and practise high‑quality, compassionate medicine with real continuity of care. We’re seeking an experienced Small Animal Vet (4–5+ years UK experience) to lead our Horley branch. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys autonomy, values continuity of care, and wants to help shape a well‑established independent practice.
What you’ll do:
- Lead our Horley branch in a sole‑charge role
- Work with an experienced RVN + strong support team
- Influence clinical standards, workflow, and case management
- Access support from our wider team in Redhill
