Gayton Veterinary Group is a long-established independent small animal practice with branches in Horley and Redhill, Surrey. Our vets are supported to manage cases in-house, develop their interests, and practise high-quality, compassionate medicine with real continuity of care. We’re seeking an experienced Small Animal Vet (4–5+ years UK experience) to lead our Horley branch. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys autonomy, values continuity of care, and wants to help shape a well-established independent practice.
What you’ll do:
- Lead our Horley branch in a sole-charge role
- Work with an experienced RVN + strong support team
- Influence clinical standards, workflow, and case management
- Access support from our wider team in Redhill
