The GT4 Group incorporating Gavin Watson Ltd and TPL Labels Ltd is a long-established, family-owned business and a leading supplier of premium printed packaging solutions. With a reputation for quality, innovation, and customer care, we specialise in producing labels, bespoke cartons, boxes, and sleeves for a wide range of industries. We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive with proven experience in the packaging and label sector to join our team and drive growth across both existing and new markets.
The Role:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities for printed packaging (boxes, sleeves, labels and cartons).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing.
- Work closely with our in-house design and production teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets in line with company growth plans.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrable track record in business development or sales within the printed packaging industry, ideally with knowledge of cartons, sleeves, labels and related formats.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with the drive to achieve results.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
