The Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Creative Designer / Artworker with proven experience in box packaging and label design to join our growing team.

This role combines creative design with precise artwork production, ensuring packaging concepts are translated into accurate, print-ready files.

You will work closely with our production, and client teams to develop visually engaging and technically correct packaging solutions across a range of products and industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design creative packaging concepts for labels, box and carton packaging
  • Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork in line with production specifications
  • Work with dielines, cutters, folds, and packaging templates
  • Adapt existing designs across multiple SKUs and product ranges
  • Ensure artwork meets brand guidelines and print requirements
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to refine packaging designs
  • Manage amends and version control for artwork files
  • Prepare files for litho, flexo, or digital print processes
  • Ensure all artwork is compliant with packaging regulations where required

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years experience in packaging design, ideally box/carton packaging
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, In Design, and Photoshop
  • Experience working with dielines and print specifications
  • Excellent attention to detail and file organisation
  • Understanding of print processes and colour management
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
