SAP Time & Payroll, Associate Consultant
Gavdi Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Time & Payroll Associate Consultant to join our UK-based Time & Payroll team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in time management and payroll systems within the SAP ecosystem.
You will receive full training, including certifications and structured on-the-job learning. While prior experience in payroll or HR systems is advantageous, it is not essential—what we value most is your interest, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with clients to understand their time and payroll requirements.
- Assist in the configuration and deployment of SAP solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, and Workforce Software, under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Support the delivery of project milestones and ensure timely execution of key payroll deadlines.
- Contribute to multiple client projects, sometimes concurrently, while adhering to defined timelines.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in time and payroll technology.

- Prior experience in a payroll, HR, or consulting environment is beneficial but not required.
