About us At Gaussion we want to reduce charging times for electric vehicles (EVs) so that they are comparable with refuelling a traditional combustion vehicle. We believe that our patent-protected technology can achieve this, meaning lower resistance, faster EV charging and longer warranties. With a rapid expansion of our London headquarters, we have several opportunities to join our team. Main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the end-to-end mechanical design of battery modules and packs, from concept through to prototype and production release.
  • Design jigs, fixtures, and bespoke test equipment to support assembly, characterisation, and validation activities.
  • Produce detailed 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings, ensuring GD.
