We are excited to be searching for a Training Advisor to join the People Team at GAUCHO Restaurants on an 18-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, passionate and people-focused individual to support the delivery of our industry-renowned training programmes across our regional restaurants.
As a Training Advisor, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional onboarding experience for new starters, coordinating Academy training programmes, maintaining our learning platforms and supporting the development of our restaurant teams.
