GAUCHO is seeking an enthusiastic Barback to join the team over the festive period on a fixed-term contract until 3 January 2027. You will need energy and be able to work well within a team to deliver great guest experiences.
Responsibilities include bar mise en place, garnishes, stock rotation and supporting bar staff to maintain smooth service. On shift, you will ensure the bar is well stocked and maintained, with meals provided on shift.
