GAUCHO is looking for an enthusiastic Barback to join the team over the festive period in Edinburgh. This temporary fixed-term contract provides an opportunity to work within a vibrant team, bringing energy and teamwork to service during the peak season.
You will support bar staff, maintain cleanliness behind the bar, prepare garnishes and mise en place, rotate stock and help ensure a smooth guest experience throughout each shift. The role runs on a temporary contract until 3 January 2027.
