We are excited to be searching for a
Social Media Manager to join the Marketing department at Gaucho. A linchpin in
the team and with a pure passion for luxury hospitality, the role will drive
engagement across all our social media channels for the 20 restaurants in our
UK estate. We are looking for cross-platform knowledge and expertise, focussing
primarily on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Bringing vibes is essential. The
role has one direct report.

Key Responsibilities of the Social Media
Manager

  • Management
    and content creation on all social media platforms as well as any new
    brands in the future
  • Management
    of the junior social exec, instructing on deliverables and strategy
  • Daily
    community management of all platforms and monthly reporting of all social
    media accounts
  • Curation
    and execution of a full social media strategy and ensuring all activity
    sits comfortably and correctly with each brand
  • Structuring
    a coherent plan around paid social across all platforms
  • Ensure
    KPIs of the business are met and monthly reporting of all social media
    accounts
  • Continual
    competitor research to ensure the Gaucho brand is best in class among
    restaurants
  • Attend
    key events to capture content and ensure that they are posted in a timely
    manner
  • Attend
    brand events to capture content – this will often take place on evenings
    and at weekends
  • Working
    with the design team to compile inventive and innovative social media
    content and discovering new ways to interact with our guests and entice
    new clientele
  • Engagement
    with restaurant general managers to gather content directly from our sites
    to post topical content
  • Leading
    with a mature and precise tone of voice across all account
