Gaucho is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join one of our London restaurants! You should have experience working as a Senior Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen and be passionate about food. The role involves managing a section and working as part of a busy, fast-paced team. Candidates must be able to deliver dishes according to specifications and demonstrate a genuine passion for cooking.

Additional key responsibilities of the
Senior Chef de Partie
- Possess strong operational and leadership skills, both in knowledge and practice.
- Handle dealings with suppliers and commercial partners regarding kitchen operations, as set by the Head Chef & Senior Sous Chef.
- Check all inbound food deliveries to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain strict kitchen structure and contribute to the development of junior chefs and kitchen porters, as directed by the Sous Chefs.
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with menu planning, costing, daily GP% financial sheets, payroll, and overall kitchen operations.
- Ensure all health and safety practices are followed, and participate in stock and portion control.
