GAUCHO Glasgow is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to be fully accountable for guest experience, finance, sales growth, legal compliance and team development, both FOH and BOH. You will work with the General Manager to beat the budget, drive top line sales and maintain high guest feedback.
The role requires proven restaurant finance experience, strong leadership and knowledge of the hospitality industry, with WSET Level 2 desirable for progression.
