GAUCHO are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant General Manager for our GAUCHO Edinburgh team! The successful candidate will be an experienced Assistant General Manager, being fully accountable for guest experience, finance, sales growth, legal compliance and team development, both FOH and BOH.
