This is a temporary position on a fixed-term contract until 3 January 2027. GAUCHO is looking for an enthusiastic Barback to join the team over the festive period! You will need enthusiasm, energy and have the ability to work well within a team.

Key responsibilities of a GAUCHO Barback
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
- Preparing garnishes, ice and bar mise en place as required.
- Stock rotation
- To complete the daily/weekly cleaning schedule
- Support bar staff at all times to ensure smooth flow of service and great guest experience
- To ensure the bar is stocked prior to and during shift
