Gaucho Restaurants is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join the Finance department at our London Oxford Circus Head Office (4 days a week, 1 day WFH). This is a full-time position.

The Accounts Payable Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the AP function within a fast-paced, multi-site restaurant group. Reporting to the Transactions Manager, you will oversee the AP team in processing and reconciling high volumes of supplier invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payments. You'll act as a point of contact for site-level and supplier queries, supporting the Transactions Manager in maintaining an efficient, well-controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the AP team, ensuring timely and accurate processing and reconciliation of a high volume of supplier invoices.
